The Power of Deduction
Here we have another smart kid who suspected Santa wasn’t real and decided to investigate. He figured that if the Tooth Fairy didn’t exist, there was a good chance Santa wasn’t real either. So when he lost a tooth, he didn’t tell his parents and waited to see if the Tooth Fairy would arrive.
Of course, she didn’t – since the Tooth Fairy was his parents, and they didn’t know there was a tooth under his pillow. His mother ended up telling him the truth later that year, but it was still a smart move! I wonder what that person is up to today and if he made his skills into a profession.
